Herbs are a treasured ingredient in our kitchen; the right herb, with the right ingredient, creates magic.

The many varieties of herbs, bring so much to so many dishes, in so many ways: on our canapés, with meats, fish, potatoes, vegetables and salads.

There is a whole story and history of the use of herbs, through thousands of years, through many cultures,  from which we still have so much to learn, in gastronomy, in wellbeing, in healing, in cultural associations.

They come from our own gardens, from some of our specially chosen suppliers and from foraging.

Each month we will bring to the shop herbs that are just right for the month, some common, but no less special, some unusual.

How wonderful nature is that the herbs of the season work so well with the other bounty of the season.

Even during the month, our choice of herbs for the bundle will change, especially as the mood of Summer moves and develops so fast.
